Information:
The Club Camp area is for "clubs that wish to stay together" in a shared area.  
Each participant is allocated 12 m² of camping space**, a tent spot, and parking for a motorcycle.  

A responsible contact person from the club makes the entire booking for the group.  
Each ticket is valid for one person, and a unique QR code is generated for each participant.  
The contact person is responsible for **distributing the QR codes to the club members before arrival.  

When booking, the club’s name must be entered in the “Club Name” field (mandatory).  
This information is used for planning and allocating the club’s camping area.  

At check-in, all participants receive:  

• A wristband (must be worn throughout the entire event), and  

• A matching numbered band to be attached to the motorcycle.  

• Upon exit, wristbands and motorcycle bands will be checked to ensure matching numbers, as part of the event’s safety procedures to reduce the risk of theft.  

Club Camp is a "motorcycle-only area" – cars, vans, caravans, and motorhomes are not allowed inside.  
All equipment must be carried in or transported by motorcycle.  

Everyone staying in Club Camp must book in advance through the club’s group order.  
If members are added after the initial booking, they will be referred to the regular Super Rally camping.  

Terms:

• Booking must be made by the club’s responsible contact person.  

• Valid per person for the entire event period.  

• A minimum of 10 tickets per club is required.  

• No cars, caravans, or motorhomes allowed in the area.  

• Non-refundable.  

• Club flags and decorations are permitted within reasonable safety limits.  

• Only alcoholic beverages **brought in by motorcycle** may be consumed within the camping area (not the event area).  

• No beverages may be brought in on foot or by other vehicles.  

• A minimum of 10 tickets per club is required.
